    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove)
    Granular Splenda, 0.3 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) (remove)

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to combine.
2. Drop by spoonful onto ungressed cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
4. Flatten with spatula. Bake an additional 5 minutes.

    This was tastey but a strange consistency I think. I had to adjust to realize it isn't a normal cookie. Then it was great. Oh yeah, I also used mini chocolate chips instead of raisins. :) - 7/8/09

    i have just made this recipe. thank you!!! i love the fact that there is no white flour, the apple sauce is the natural sweetener, and it subs as the "oil"... my kids had someone spending the night, and they have been eating this all up--. my hubby has no idea it is fat free/sugar free. :) - 7/3/09
