Ingredients

    1 C fat free sour cream
    2 tsp dried dill
    3 Tbsp scallions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 1/2 lb salmon fillet with skin, cut in center
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    as needed fat free cooking spray

Directions

1. Whisk sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and lemon juice in small
bowl to blend.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with
garlic powder and pepper, then spread with the sauce.
4. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 20 minutes.

    I love salmon, and this topping was the perfect addition. I made this salmon, spicy sweet potato "fries," and steamed broccoli, and had a deliciously satisfying dinner in about 30 minutes. Yum! I'll be making this recipe often! - 6/28/09

    This looks great. I love having left over salmon for breakfast too. Had some today. I will try this one tomorrow since I have all the ingredients. I make one very similar using fat free yogurt and sour cream in equal parts. - 6/27/09

    When I cooked this salmon, it took almost 40 minutes for the thicker parts. But yummy! DH who doesn't like fish, liked it , especially the dill. - 8/8/09

    I had individual salmon filets and no dill, I tried to improvise the recipe, next time will cut back on the sour cream and I am sure it will come out great.     I made this tonight and was so disappointed. I thought I may have read the recipe wrong as I found the Dijon mustard way too overpowering. Had to scrape it off and use as much lemon juice as I had to cut the taste. It looked so good. The picture does not at all look like the food after cooking. - 3/19/13

    This was so tasty! However, it does not look like the picture. It was a huge hit with my hubby, but he confessed his concern for its appearance after dinner(tastes much better than it looks!).     This was great! I didn't have Dijon mustard, so I used regular yellow mustard. I also minced sweet onions instead of scallions. I added appx 1 tsp capers (minced), and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Turned out amazing!!
