i made these but added choc protein powder to the melted choc chips to up the nutrition content. Also toasted a little bit of shredded coconut and mixed it in. It was so yummy! Kind of like a crunchy Mounds bar. :) - 5/6/09

The wonderful thing about this recipe is you can't go overboard (at least I can't) because of the fiber content. So when you really want to indulge...you can without the guilt. I didn't change one thing about he recipe, nor would I. It's perfect just the way it is. Yours truly, Peanut Butter Lover!! - 2/27/10

I debated giving this an incredible rating, as these were excellent. But I went with the lower rating only because I'd prefer these with a little coconut added like other candy haystacks I've had. My kids loved these, even my very picky 13 year old. Had to hide the FiberOne box so he wouldn't know! - 1/4/09

I thought these were very good, and I love getting the fiber. The only thing is, I really wanted to add more chocolate! LOL I thought about maybe mixing chocolate and peanut butter chips, and I do want to try it with just butterscotch too, but I have to get through the huge batch I made today first! - 8/28/12

We add just a little salt to take the edge off the sweet. Really nice with a combination of peanut butter and milk chocolate chips. - 7/17/10

Really good and easy! I just have 1 main thing I would recommend, heat the morsels on the stove top vs microwave. Some of them burnt in he microwave, smells bad and gives a slight burnt taste too. I also used dark chocolate and butterscotch mixed together instead of milk chocolate. Sprinkle w splend - 6/27/10

my dad made this using chow main noodles and it was wonderful. but a bit sweet for me. I did make this an added 1/4cp of cocoa powder to cut back on the sweetness, they came out wonderful! - 12/14/08

These are delicious. I mix 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 butterscotch chips and it's a nice mix. My only issue is that they were really hard to bite into. - 11/30/08

I'd never had Fiber One before, and was skeptical - so I tried a little before I made this recipe - I actually like the taste! My mom used to make the kind with the chow mein noodles, and I made these for her and my dad and they both love them! - 12/19/07

What an awesome idea! Even my kids will eat these. I made a batch of regular milk chocolate chips and then some with dark chocolate. They tasted decadent enough that I felt like I was cheating and had to resist eating too many. - 3/23/07
