Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water, drained
    1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
    2 tbsp Mayonnaise, light
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 large egg, hardboiled
    pepper to taste

Directions

Hardboil the egg. In the meantime chop the capers, drain the tuna and mix mayo and mustard in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add pepper to taste.
This is great for sandwiches.
