For Frosting:
Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled bars.

Store finished bars in refrigerator.

I would have to use a substitute for the sugar as my DH has diabetes, but will definitely give this recipe a try. Thank You. This will help to use up some of our Zucchini this summer. - 5/25/14

    Incredible!
I made for some very fussy vegetable haters. We didn’t tell them that there was a vegetable in the cake. I used stevia instead of sugar. I cooked in two quarter sheet pans and decorated with blueberries, raspberries and bananas in an American flag pattern. There wasn’t a scrap of cake left over. - 5/30/21

    Incredible!
I added a half cup chia seeds to the batter. They were detectable in the dish but it was delicious, and I upped the protein and fiber. Additionally, I made the frosting with 1.5 cups confectioner's instead of 2. Frosting was a little softer but not a soul in my home knew. Delicious!! - 5/21/20

These bars look delicious but at a whopping 9 WeightWatchers points each they're a treat to eat sparingly. Like other contributors I'd have to experiment to cut down the amount of sugar. Reduced-fat they might be, but reduced-sugar they are not. - 5/21/17

28 pieces cut out of a 11” by 17” leaves tiny pieces, 196 calories, absurd! Either enjoy some real treat and Move on, why fool around pretending because you added 2 cups of zucchini? Silly recipe. - 5/21/16
