    to anyone who questions the amount of oil and vinegar, there is a recipe further down that is an italian salad dressing from mix. It spcifies 2 tbsp of dressing mix, 2 tbsp water, 1/3 c. red wine vinegar and 2/3 cup of oil. - 8/17/12
