    * 3/4 cup applesauce
    * 1/2 cup brown sugar
    * 1/4 cup white sugar
    * 3/4 cup of Splenda

    * 2 cup raw zucchini, shredded
    * 1 cup mashed ripe banana (i used 2 whole bananas)
    * 2 cups whole wheat flour
    * 1/4 tsp baking powder
    * 1 tsp baking soda
    * 1 tsp salt
    * 1 tbl ground cinnamon
    * 1 cup mini chocolate chips

    Combine the eggs, sugars, oil, vanilla, and applesauce. Add the banana and zucchini and mix well. Add the remaining dry ingredients (everything but the chocolate chips) and mix until combined. Then stir in the chocolate chips.

    Zucchini is on sale at the grocery store this week. I’m stocking up and grating it to go in my freezer. These are super easy to make and very yummy.

    Okay so I've made dozens of different muffin recipes - ranging from inedible to bizarre - and these are hands-down the best "lighter" muffins I've tasted so far! So moist and light, you have found the perfect balance between healthy subs and decadent indulgences. Thank you so much for sharing! - 2/4/15

    Incredible!
    Tried this today and it turned out great. I didn't have splenda so I used regular white sugar instead. Also, I reduced the amount of cinnamon to 1 teaspoon instead of 1 tablespoon.
    Thanks for sharing the recipe :)
