Since starting the P90X diet this week, I have been craving sweet things and this did the trick.....was so yummy! Hubby loved it too! Just added a little bit of water to the sugar to make a little sauce! - 3/10/11

    Very Good
Family really loved the flavor! I did sear it first, but it still took a lot longer to roast in the oven to get to doneness temp. Taste was worth the wait! Served with roasted veggies. It's a keeper! - 2/5/13

    Incredible!
I let mine sit overnight (seasoned & refrigerated, of course). Grilled on medium-high, turning every two minutes until temperature reached 145 degrees. Immediately wrap tightly in foil and let sit for 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Perfect. - 7/11/10

    Very Good
it was great but definately needed to be cooked longer and by the time I got it cooked through, it was overdone. I wish it had a sauce on top also. - 1/31/10
