very good! loved the crust the brown sugar gave it! nice and juicy since you sear it in the pan first. I will make this again!
Since starting the P90X diet this week, I have been craving sweet things and this did the trick.....was so yummy! Hubby loved it too! Just added a little bit of water to the sugar to make a little sauce!
