These are DELICIOUS!!!! They are large, and the big raisins really deliver a sweet burst when you bite into them. You could also use all black raisins for a traditional oatmeal raisin cookie, but I had these raisins in the cabinet and decided to give it a try. The colors in the raisins make them more attractive. Also, you could probably reduce the Splenda by only using cup because these cookies are very sweet! They are chewy and delicious!
