I love this locale low-fat eggnog recipe! Delicious!
Made it exactly as directed and it was good. I used 1% milk. Was glad to find a way to have eggnog without all the extra calories and fat.
This recipe needs slit more instruction for someone that's never made eggnog before.
1. Egg whites will not beat if any yolk at all remains and only beat them for about two minutes.
2. Whisk the egg yolk and milk together before putting on stove.
3. Needs more sugar if u wnt to taste sweet.
