Introduction

This is a spicy pumpkin pie cooked in custard dishes. This is a spicy pumpkin pie cooked in custard dishes.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    Libby's Canned Pumpkin (29 oz)
    4 large eggs
    2 Evaporated Skm Milk (12 oz)
    1 TBS Cinnamon
    1 TSP Nutmeg
    1 TSP Ginger
    1/2 tsp Cloves


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into individual ovenware custard dishes (fills 10).

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then 300 for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 7 1-cup servings or 14 1/2-cup servings.

    This was awesome!! I am going to 1.5 or double the spices next time though. I didn't have enough custard dishes so used glass pie plates and it turned out amazing!! We got 4 custard cups plus 2 pies. We were surprised at how yummy it was without any crust!! Thanks! - 10/14/10
