Introduction

Ingredients

    1# ground turkey lean 93%
    1/2 cup onions chopped
    1 16 oz can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 16 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 can 28 oz chopped diced tomatos
    1 tablesp chilli powder
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 tablesp cumin

Directions

brown turkey, then add and cook onions til tender
add beans, tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin, and salsa
cook until hot
serve with cooked pasta or baked potato (not included in calorie counter)

    LOVE this! But we simmer it for about 4 hours on the stove and add a few more spices to it ... obviously everyone has different spice levels... other then that AMAZING and easy! - 1/23/12
