Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 skinless boneless chicken breast
    1/4 cup Realemon Juice
4 Garlic Cloves - sliced fine
2 tbsp of Italian Seasonings ( i used Clubhouse brand)
    1/2 cup light olive oil
    1/4 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper - to taste

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Put all ingredients in a ziploc bag for 30 minutes to over night in refridgerator.
*note - Pierce the chicken breast with fork trust me this wont dry out the chicken just enhances the marinade.

Remove chicken from ziploc and place on hot bbq grill.
Discard marinade.
Cooking time between 10 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breast. Make sure the juices run clear.

The chicken is going to be unbelievably moist - my hubby is always shocked because it is skinless and yet so juicy.

Serve with roasted veggies and rice - ENJOY :)

Ok, I guess my comments didn't save... My boyfriend & I enjoyed this. I baked it at 350 degrees for 25 mins (my gas oven cooks quick) & served with white rice & asparagus. Looking forward to grilling as suggested. It was easy & I love that! - 1/15/10

I love this marinade! I marinated three thick chicken breasts in this mixture for just a few hours before throwing them onto my gas grill. The chicken was juicy and delicious! Thanks to Georgiegirl65 for sharing! - 4/24/16

I did some adjustments. I cut the oil down to 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup white wine. I used it to marinate 3.5 lbs of chicken breasts. I did grill them and they were indeed yummy! Since I used it to marinate so much chicken, I think I would use a bit more salt. - 4/30/12

I used 4-ounce chicken breasts, which are somewhat thinner and smaller than the usual supermarket size. - 5/15/11

I usually cover my chicken or turkey breast with cinnamon, orange zest / orange juice, and bake -- marinating pieces and grilling is a nice touch - 3/25/10
