Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I did some adjustments. I cut the oil down to 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup white wine. I used it to marinate 3.5 lbs of chicken breasts. I did grill them and they were indeed yummy! Since I used it to marinate so much chicken, I think I would use a bit more salt.
Very flavorful...never knew that low sodium could be this tasty.
We will be making this again..and again...and again!!! I did not add salt
