Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I simmer a big batch of fish and asparagus...add sea salt. This is too much work for me.
I'm rating based on what I did. 1 tsp of garlic powder per fillet would of been too much..I used maybe 1/2 tsp for 5 fillets. I also only used 1 Tbsp olive oil for all 5, saved a lot of fat that way. Didn't have dill used fresh basil, rosemary and oregano. Took about 35 min to bake, thick fillets.
I always liked mahi mahi. Never would have thought to put dill on it. Gave it a good flavor without adding fatty tartar sauce. The whole family likes this dish.
