Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I added this to my faves. It's low fat and delicious.
Good recipe, but WAY too much pepper. I used what it called for, but next time I'll be adding much less. Otherwise, it was easy and good. We added chicken for some protein.
I made this for my husband and he LOVED it. We added chicken, mushrooms, and some fresh tomatoes for a heartier meal. Great alternative to fatty alfredo sauces.
Very nice healthy alternative to high fat/cheese sauces. I had to double it feed the whole family (6 of us), but everyone enjoyed it!
