I loved that the chicken breast was tenderized! I like that there is no sauce as well, it really allows the sage and basil flavors to come through. Highly recommend!
I tried this recipe with a small tortilla and with a whole wheat pita as well. (rubbing both with olive oil) Delish!!
    So Yummy

Family loved it. Made 2. One with whole wheat crust for me (I love leftover pizza) and one regular white dough & real bacon for the fussy ones in the family. - 4/22/10

Too many calories/serving for me, does sound delicious! Dividing a 12" pizza by 8 doesn't give you much, and 2 sl. would be way over my meal allowance. I may try it made on a WWh tortilla, turkey bacon and spray oil. - 11/3/09

I plan to try this recipe substituting a large whole wheat flour tortilla for the crust. It would almost cut the calories in half - could eat two slices. - 11/4/09

I think I'm too much of a traditionalist to like chicken and spinach on my pizza, although I do like vegetable pizzas on whole wheat crusts. Sounds yucky. - 9/6/09

I don't think this is 1 pizza recipe I will be making. I can get a lower cal/lower sodium pizza from pizza hut or PapaMurpheys. - 11/3/09

I prefer making my food as I can eliminate many of the preservatives and hidden trans fats that fast food options contain. I also opt for organic chicken, and my own home grown spinach, basil, tomatoes, etc. so I know there are no pesticides. But to each his own. :D
