Ingredients

mama mia 12" Whole Wheat pizza crust,
Bayby Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
1/2 c fresh basil torn
1 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast,
3 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
**Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 1 3/4 cup
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
1 T minced garlic
1 T crumbled blue cheese
sea salt
garlic powder
paprika
sage
Directions
Pound chicken thin with meat mallet. Heat skillet with pam. Sprinkle breast with ground sage, paprika, salt and garlic to taste. Cook chicken. Set aside. Cook bacon, crumble. Cube up chicken.
Brush crust with olive oil. Sprinkle with powdered garlic and mozzarella cheese.
Tear spinach into small pieces and sprinkle on pizza. Top with blue cheese, bacon, chicken, basil and minced garlic.
add any additional toppings like sweet onion, sundried tomatoes, etc
Bake at 425 for 6-10 minutes.

I loved that the chicken breast was tenderized! I like that there is no sauce as well, it really allows the sage and basil flavors to come through. Highly recommend!
I tried this recipe with a small tortilla and with a whole wheat pita as well. (rubbing both with olive oil) Delish!!

I don't think this is 1 pizza recipe I will be making. I can get a lower cal/lower sodium pizza from pizza hut or PapaMurpheys. - 11/3/09

I prefer making my food as I can eliminate many of the preservatives and hidden trans fats that fast food options contain. I also opt for organic chicken, and my own home grown spinach, basil, tomatoes, etc. so I know there are no pesticides. But to each his own. :D
