Ingredients

    Beef chuck, 1 lb (remove)
    Soy Sauce, .5 cup (remove)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Boullion Cubes - Beef, Wyler's, 2 serving

Directions

Place all ingredients in Crock Pot. Add water to cover meat. Cook for 8 hours. Remove meat and shred, taking out fat/gristle. Return meat to pot and heat through. Serve on sour dough rolls.

    Wonderful recipe. I used fresh rosemary, thyme and garlic instead of powder. It had fabulous flavor and meat fell apart. Thank you. - 1/6/14
