Ingredients

1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic pressed
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp oil
2 tilapia filets
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. On a plate combine bread crumbs parsley garlic and cheese. Rinse filets and pat dry. Rub with butter and oil mixture. Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes.

DO NOT use basa for this recipe... My fish fell apart and all the tasty crumbs fell off! It also needed 40 mins in the oven, as 325 was not hot enough. It was still quite tasty in the end. We ate it with cauliflower puree and a garden salad. I'll try again with different fish. Thanks for the recipe! - 1/9/13
