    * rice bubbles, 1 cup (remove)
    * dried mixed fruit, 150 gram(s) (remove)
    * *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *linseeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Flour, whole grain, 25 grams (remove)
    * Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * margarine reduced fat - sunnydale, 40 gram(s) (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    * digestive fibre cereal, 1 serving (remove)
    * Apple juice, unsweetened, 20 grams (remove)

Directions

mix together all dry ingredients

in seperate bowl, whisk egg& egg white together till fluffy
make a well in the middle add egg, oil, marg, and juice
mix to all ingredience moist,
put in pan and cook for 25 minutes
grease and line square pan , oven 190degrees
