Introduction
This is my first recipe and all the ingredients added are for one serving even though I make one pack of chicken at a time which would be 4 servings. I just added the ingredients for one serving. It's seriously our favorite recipe at home and I have to make it once a week atleast. I hope you enjoy!!! Ingredients

I make it in bulk so to make it for your family this is what you'll need. if you make it single serving only just divide by four.
~1 pack of 4 perdue boneless skinless chicken breast
~2 TBSP olive oil
~Parsley
~Lemon Pepper
~Italian Seasonings
~1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
~1 Cup Mozzarella shredded cheese
~3 TBSP soy sauce
~2 tsp Minced Garlic
~2 Cups fresh mushrooms sliced
Directions
I like to cook my chicken first. I get nervous baking chicken.
FOR THE CHICKEN:
1.) brown 1 tsp minced garlic in 1 TBSP olive oil in pan on medium heat.
2.)Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3.)trim fat off chicken breast and brown in pan
4.)generously cover both sides of breast with lemon pepper, italian seasonings, and parsley.
5.)Place chicken breast in a casserole dish and cover with one can of cream of mushroom soup and 2 TBSP of water.
6.)Make sure chicken is covered with the soup and sprinkle with one cup mozzarella cheese.
7.)Add a pinch of parsley on top and bake in overn until cheese is melted.
FOR THE MUSHROOMS:
1.)brown 1 tsp minced garlic in 1 TBSP olive oil in pan on medium heat.
2.)add sliced mushrooms to the pan and make sure the mushrooms are coated.
3.)Increase heat to medium high, add soy sauce and sautee' until mushrooms are a caramel color.
Serve 1/2 Cup of the mushrooms over 1 chicken breast. I usually serve mine over a half cup of brown rice with a vegetable or salad.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
