Ingredients

    6 oz *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup SARGENTO FAT FREE RICOTTA
    1 Egg, fresh
    3 Egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1/2 to 1 packet of powdered Stevia


Directions

Mix cream cheese, ricotta & stevia until smooth. Add extracts. Add egg & whites one at a time. Pour into a prepared 7x7 pan, set pan in a larger pan, pour warm water until it reaches about 1/3 of the way up the side of the pan. bake the cheesecake or 45 minutes at 350 in convection oven, until cake is still very jiggly, but in a semi-solid mass. do not over bake. cool on wire rack until room tep, refrigerate at least 3 hours.
