Introduction

This meal was very filling, I wasn't even able to finish my meal.... (Spag. 1/2 c.; Chix 150g; Veggies 1 c. Sauce 1/4 c.) which is awesome....

REALLY quick to make, REALLY easy. I enjoyed it, wouldn't mind a bit stronger flavor but it was still really good. Ben gave it 3.75 stars out of 5, Zebediah was eating it and seemed to be enjoying it too.

Ingredients

    Sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    3 tbsp hot water
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

    8 oz (dry) Whole Wheat Pasta
    4 c Mixed Frozen Vegetables

    600 g pre-cooked chicken (or turkey) chopped and/or shredded
    1/4 teriyaki sauce

Directions

Mixed the sauce togethor and set aside.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions (1/2 cup is a serving).

We used chicken (about 600g) cut into strips and cooked with a 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce in the wok.

Also cooked frozen vegetable medley (4 cups) according to package instructions.

Added chicken and vegetables on top of noodles and then poured sauce over top, mixed togethor.
