Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 TBS Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Sugar
    2 TBS Flax Seed
    2 cups Skim Milk
    1 Egg
    1 TBS EVOO
    1/2 cup Mixed Berry Trail Mix (or your favorite trail mix)

Directions

Yields 12 medium sized pancakes.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. MIx dry ingredients first (excluding the trail mix), then add wet ingredients. Stir in trail mix.
Heat a nonstick pan until hot. Use a ladle to pour batter into pan to make medium sized pancakes.
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip over until brown.
Top with fresh fruit or reduced calorie maple syrup.
