Ingredients
-
* Instant, Quick Oats Cereal, 3 cups dry
* Flax Seed, 1/2 cup
* Almonds 2/3 cup, sliced
* Honey 2 tbsp
* Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup 1 serving
* Whey Protein Mix 1 scoop
* Molasses 1 tbsp
* Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp
* Raisins 1 cup, packed
* Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Directions
Line 10x14 jelly roll pan with waxed paper lightly sprayed with a nonstick spray.
Heat Whey Mix with 3 oz of water over low heat until well mixed then put the honey, vanilla, syrup, molasses, and salt into the saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
Once everything is melted combine it with all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure everything is covered.
Spread out the mixture with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Now fold over the sides of the waxed paper or add a sheet on top, and PRESS HARD all over the granola. You want to compact it together so that your bars won’t fall apart when you cut them. Wait 2-3 hours or until the granola has totally cooled. Then, open the waxed paper … And carefully turn the granola onto a large cutting board, peeling away the rest of the paper. Cut into bars
