2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice

Directions
heat griddle to 350. Mix wet and dry ingredients and then combine together. Pour onto griddle, cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear. Flip. Makes 4 servings.
