Ingredients

1 cup Carrot juice
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries
4 cups frozen strawberries thawed in fridge overnight
1 cup 100% cranberry juice
2 tbsp milled flax seed
1/2 cup of dannon vanilla yogurt

Directions
place carrot juice and spinach in blender. mix on highest speed until spinach is liquified. add frozen blueberries and blend, stopping blender and using a spoon to loosen mixture from blades if needed. add half the strawberries and half the cranberry juice and blend. add remaining strawberries, cranberry juice, flax seed and yogurt and blend until smooth. i personally add one small container of my favorite crystal light drink mix like strawberry orange banana for more flavor.
