Ingredients

    2 Chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
    Kraft Seven Seas viva italian dressing and marinade
    1 cup Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan Alfrado Sauce
    1/2 cup of each Red, Green Yellow and Orange Peppers
    1/4 cup Onion sliced
    6 lg button mushrooms sliced
    6 Garlic cloves shredded
    1 cup Kraft Shredded Colby/Monterey Cheese
    2 cups Kraft Mozzerella Cheese 2% Milk

    1Bread Machine pizza dough crust recipe:
    1 cp plus 2 tbs water
    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    3 cups Better for Bread flour
    3 tps sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast


Directions

Marinade chicken breasts in the Kraft viva italian dressing over night or at least 3 to 4 hrs.
Start bread machine pizza dough (recipe directions to follow) about 2 hrs before you are ready to cook the pizza.
Saute the chicken in a skillet until slightly tan. Devide pizza dough in half. Roll out and put onto 2 15' pizza pans. Mix the shredded garlic with alfrado sauce and spread 1/2 on each pizza. Divide cheese and sprinkle on each pizza. Top with veggies.
Bake at 375 for about 35 to 45 min. or until dough is done.
Cut each pizza into 8 slices.
Serving is 2 slices of pizza.
