Introduction

Sweet and crunchy Sweet and crunchy
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 c Quaker Oats
    2/3 c Unsalted peanuts
    2oz Sliced almonds
    1/4 cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
    2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed (or ground, dont use whole)
    4tbsp Clover Honey
    1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/3 c Dried Cranberries(organic)
    2 tbsp Organic Chocolate Chips

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips and cranberries) into a gallon baggy.
Add cinnamon & nutmeg, seal and shake to combine
Add honey and shake again until well mixed
Spread evenly on foil lined baking sheet
Spray lightly with no-stick spray
Bake for 25-30 mins at 400 degrees, stirring at least once
Cool for 45 mins dump into fresh gallon bag and add chocolate chips & cranberries, shake to mix

Makes 10 servings (1/4 cup)

Great to use as cereal, with yogurt or as ice cream topping
