Ingredients

    250mL soft tofu
    300mL blueberries (or other fruit)
    1 TBLS honey
    mint (for decoration)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into four cups. Let stand 1 hour in fridge. Decorate with mint leaf.

    I love this, the mint leaf is a great addition. This also works with frozen blueberries if you like frozen blended smoothies. - 7/31/07
