Introduction

This is what some people call hamburger soup, but my mom always just called it chili. The addition of noodles makes it more like a casserole, but it is yummy. I guessed on the salt and pepper. Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, lean
    1 medium onion, chopped
    46 oz tomato juice
    2 (15.5 oz) cans of dark red kidney beans
    28 oz can of diced tomoatoes
    3 c. of water
    2 TBLS of chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 servings of spaghetti noodles

Directions

Brown the beef and onions. Drain well.
Add all other ingredients except the noodles
Bring to a slow boil
Add the spaghetti noodles
Reduce heat to low - cover
Simmer until noodles are tender

This makes 15 1- cup servings
