Ingredients

    1 Onion, quartered
    3/4 cup Celery, sliced
    Dill Weed, dried, 1 tsp
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
    1/2 cube Vegetable Bouillon
    1/2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast, optional
    Water

Directions

Place onion, celery, and veggie bouillon in a pan of water, bring to boil. Turn down, stir in other ingredients, bring to boil again. Let cool slightly, then serve!

    Too much pepper for my taste, will try to make again but use less. I like the taste of dill but the pepper overpowered it. - 5/13/17
