Ingredients

    *chicken breast (canned), 10 oz
    * Beans, pinto, 425 grams
    * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
    * Spinach, fresh, 0.5 cup
    * Parsley, 1 tbsp
    * Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving), 1 serving
    * Chopped canned or fresh tomatoes, 100 gram(s)
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 0.5 cup, sliced
    * *Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk, 0.25 cup
    * Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
    * Carrot - raw, chopped, 0.25 cup
    * Garlic, 2 tsp

Directions

Add chicken, beans, onion, carrot, jalapeno, garlic, broth, seasoning, tomatoes and celery in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add spinach and parsley, milk and additional water. Let simmer five to ten minutes, until vegetables are cooked but still have a little crunch to them. Serve warm.
