2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with jalapenos
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions
combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil. Simmer approximately 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
