Ingredients

    Chicken Breast
    egg, beaten
    Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 cup
    Melba Toast, 4 melba round (garlic or sesame)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp

Directions

Use food processor to crush melba toast, mrs dash, parmesan cheese to make crumbs

flatten breast as much as possible. Wash breast in egg then
dip in crumbs, bake until juices run clear
