Ingredients

4 large or 5 med ripe bananas - mashed
1/2 c splenda blend
1/2 c sugarfree applesauce
1/2 c liquid egg
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 c ground flax seed
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon (divided)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 c pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9x5 loaf pan. Mix mashed bananas and splenda, let sit while you assemble rest of ingredients. Add applesauce and egg, mix well. Add flours, flax, baking soda, baking powder, protein powder, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Finely chop pecans and add remaining 1 tsp cinnamon and spread on top, pressing in lightly. Bake 45 min. or until wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 min
Remove from pan and cool until you can't stand it anymore.
