Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 pork chops (about 1/4 pound each)
    1/2 tsp salt (Optional)
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup evaporated skim milk

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

1. Heat nonstick sillet over medium high heat.
2. Saute pork chops 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Transfer pork chops to a platter and set aside.
5. Saute mushrooms in same skillet over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until cooked.
6. Add evaporated milk and return pork chops to skillet. Simmer 3-4 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and serve.
