Ingredients

1/8 Wedge of a Large Cantaloupe (Peeled, seeds removed, cubed)
1/4 Cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
1/2 8th Continent Light Soymilk (Plain 50 calories)
7 to 8 Ice Cubes
Splenda to Taste
Directions
Add Cantaloupe, yogurt, and soy milk to blender, blend until smooth. Add Splenda or sweetener of your choice if desired and blend. Add ice cubes a few at a time and blend until desired consistency. I used 8 ice cubes, but you can use more or less depending on how thick you want your shake. Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

I bought a huge cantelope the other day so I decided to make a smoothie with it. I found this recipe and tried it. I used 1/2 cup of lucerne's plain light soymilk instead & I did not add any extra sweeteners. To me, cantelope is sweet naturally. This was my 1st cantelope drink and I liked it alot!! - 9/10/12
