Ingredients

    6 Large Eggs
    2 zucchini - shredded
    1/4 cup of Romano cheese
    1 slice of Multi-grain bread cubed 1/4 inch
    1 tbsp EVOO

Directions

scramble eggs
add shredded zucchini
add cube bread 1/4 inches
add cheese
mix well

add EVOO into 9" pie plate
pour egg mixture to pie plate

Bake at 350F for 40-50 min
