Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    *zuccini - Fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.75 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Dry Ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Add dry to wet mix just untill no dry is visable. Put in bread pans, and bake at 350. 45-60 min. golden brown. Makes 4 sm. bread loaf's, or 40 slices.
