Introduction

Lovely winter casserole - add herbs of your choice - I like tarragon in mine. The sauce can also be thickened with veggie gravy granules but you will need to add the cals in. Ingredients

    400g butternut squash
    400g sweet potato
    100g savoy cabbage
    200g leeks
    4 quorn sausage
    1 tbspn gravy granules

Directions

1) Cube and boil sweet pot & squash until half cooked.

2) Add stock, sausage and veggies in pan.

3) Add sweet pot & squash

4) Simmer until cooked as desired.

5) Add herbs as desired
