Ingredients

    2 large steak tomatoes diced
    .5 red onion diced
    .5 peeled cucmber dices
    2 limes juiced
    14 oz shrimp cooked
    2 tbsp evoo
    salt pepper to taste
    fresh minced jalepenos or garlic if desired

Directions

put everything together and chill 30minutes. serve with crusty bread guac and balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
