Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 can of great northern beans (undrained)
    1 package of McCormick white chicken chili mix
    1 lb of chicken (I use chicken tenders b/c it's easier to cut and cooks up quicker than whole chicken breast

Directions

Place chicken on griddle cook until done
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces
Turn on crock pot and turn setting to high

Combine beans (undrained), 1 cup of water and the McCormick mix, and bite size chicken pieces..

Cook for about 20 mins or really until it gets hot.

Serve in a bowl.. if you want to splurge add a dollop of sour cream.

*If you want it less spicy add 1/4 cup of water to crock pot*
