    2 servings whole wheat spaghettini
    1 can Clover Leaf Oysters
    2 cups fresh spinach (can sub frozen)
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 eggs
    0.5 cup skim milk


Book pasta ahead.

Sautee the garlic in the oil. Add the spinach and cook briefly. Add the milk, boil, then reduce heat. Add your pasta. Lower heat to low. Add the egg and mix well. Remove from heat, toss in oysters, and serve.
