Ingredients

    4 cups Rolled Oats
    2 cups Oat Bran
    1 cup Raisins chopped
    1 cup Sunflower Seeds
    1 cup chopped Almonds
    1 cup Lecithin Granules
    1 cup Flaxseed, ground
    1/2 cup Milk Thistle Seed, ground

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
