Ingredients

    3T White wine vinegar
    1T Red wine vinegar
    1/2 T Dijon mustard
    Salt to taste (about 1/4 t)
    Black pepper to taste
    3/4 of a clove of garlic - crushed (unless its a small clove)
    8T canola oil

    Mix the first 6 ingredients in a salad serving bowl, add your torn lettuce and any other vegies to the salad. When you're ready to serve the salad, pour the canola oil over the salad and toss.
