Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Rosemary, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia)
    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds
    Cilantro, 1 Tbsp

Directions

Marinate the chicken breast with oil, garlic,rosemary, s&p for minimum of 1 hour.
julienne apples, (can shred with coarse grater)
immediately squeeze lime and lemon over apple to prevent discoloring. add chopped cilantro
grill or pan sear chicken till done (165deg.)
let rest, slice and place over apple slaw
