Ingredients

    Hillshire Farms Turkey Polska Kebalsa, sliced
    One 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes, drained
    One 14.5 oz can of Sante Fe style beans, drained
    One medium onion chopped
    Two zucchini chopped
    seasoning to taste
    1 tbs promise
    1-2 tbs olive oil

Directions

saute onions in olive oil and butter (5 min)
add zucchini (cook 2-5 min)
add keibalsa (cook 5 min)
add drained beans and tomatoes, season and simmer

    I loved this recipe...my whole family loved it. I used Bushs seasoned black beans and celery. I left out zucchini but it didn't affect the flavor at all. We used brown rice as a side dish - 5/7/10

    So good! The Santa Fe beans were hard to find but I did find them at Albertson's and the can said Santa Fe Recipe style beans. My hubby loved it and so did I, it was just as good the next day for left overs at lunch. - 5/3/10

    Soooo yummy! I have 3 very picky eaters (2,4 & 5), and they ate every bite!! I used seasoned red beans (couldn't find Santa Fe either) - I'm sure most beans would work! - 4/26/10
