Ingredients

    Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    Provolone Cheese, 5 oz
    Turkey breast meat, 8 ounce(s) cooked and cubed
    Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot
    *Spinach, cooked, 2 cup
    Flour, white, .2 Tbs
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

This serves 4 people

Cook pasta according to directions

Peel and cut 2 carrots into round pieces
Chop 1 onion
1 bag of spinach
Into a measuring cup, pour 1 cup of chicken broth, stir in the 2 Tbs of flour

Mix all of the above in a bowl, with the cheeses
When the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the rest.

Put all in a casserole dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
